HDPE Pipelines

From single runs, to large complex networks of HDPE pipe, Osiris can do it all. We can construct and lay HDPE pipelines of almost any size and length.

HDPE pipelines are great in terms of `handle-ability`, speed of construction, and durability, for a wide variety of applications.

HDPE pipelines can handle high pressures, a wide variety of liquids, and even gases.

Of course, HDPE pipeline networks often need valves and other fittings, which Osiris can supply and fit.

Poly Pipe Fusion Welding

If you need to Fusion Weld poly (HDPE) pipe, Osiris can do it all for you: from supplying poly pipe and fittings, cartage, handling onsite, welding together, attaching fittings and valves, right through to commissioning the finished pipelines.

Osiris can supply quality men and fusion welding equipment to alter or tap into existing pipelines and networks.

DeWatering Management Services

Often, engineering and mining projects have the need to move/remove water from an area to enable digging or construction to take place.

Once the water has been removed, you have to put it somewhere, and the area that has been dewatered must be monitored to make sure the water does not come back.

Dewatering systems must be of a design and capacity that is adequate for the situation.

As well as building the dewatering system, Osiris specialise in designing dewatering systems, using both technical and practical knowledge gained from experience. Osiris can also leave a team in place to monitor, manage and maintain your dewatering system.

Poly Tank Repairs

Damaged/split/cracked Poly Ethylene tanks, are an Osiris specialty when needing repair, we use specialist fusion welding equipment. Farm equipment, such as Boom Sprayers, often have Poly tanks, which are usually repairable with an extrusion welder.
