I agree that, in addition to normal quoted hire charges, I am also liable for;

• Anything not returned to OSIRIS, or returned in damaged condition
• The full cost of repairs and restoration.
• Any extra hire charges and any collection expenses
• Any excess kilometer or run time charges
• Any consumable goods specified or reasonably considered, for example, but not limited to: Oils, Fuels, Tyres, Tracks, Coolants, Bucket Teeth
• Travel charges for regular maintenance if more than 50km from Osiris service agents

• Produce an insurance company Certificate of Currency that satisfies OSIRIS that I have appropriate insurance cover.
• Produce, if required, appropriate documentation to satisfy OSIRIS that I have operators certified to use the item being hired, and these will be the only operators.
• Allow OSIRIS or a representative of theirs onsite at anytime to inspect the usage and condition of hired machinery
• Be able to satisfy OSIRIS that I will provide safe and secure storage for the equipment whilst in my possession.
• Satisfy OSIRIS that the equipment will only be used for appropriate purposes.
• Prove my credit worthiness for whatever type of arrangement is agreed
• Abide by normal and reasonable regulations commonly used in the Equipment Hire Industry.
